§ Mr. Iain MacleodOn 31st December in each year from 1951 to 1954 inclusive, the figures were 27,812; 23,013; 18,874 and 17,049, the last being provisional. The number of new health centres provided under the National Health Service Acts in each of the years 1951 to 1954 were one, three, none and one.
