44. Mr. Cooper-Key

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will make the necessary representations to the French authorities in order that the no-passport day trips scheme can be brought into operation.

49. Mr. Teeling

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the correspondence sent him by the hon. Member for Brighton, Pavilion, and the agreement reached between Messrs. P. and A. Campbell Limited and Her Majesty's Government concerning passport-free trips to France, he will now approach the French Government to obtain their agreement to these trips at the earliest possible moment.
