26. Mr. Sparks

asked the Minister of Health the capital cost of new hospital construction and extensions, together with the number of additional beds provided, in schemes approved between 1st October, 1950, and 30th September, 1951, and each subsequent yearly period, to the nearest convenient date.

Figures for the value of building schemes approved are given below. I cannot readily supply figures of the additional beds provided by these schemes.
