Mr. AmoryIn the county of Brecon, the rural district councils of Builth, Brecknock, Crickhowell and Llanwrtyd Wells; and in the county of Radnor, the rural district councils of Rhayader, Knighton and New Radnor. The response has been entirely satisfactory.
