§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftNo progress has been made since last June, when trade talks were suspended because of the attitude adopted by the Czechoslovak Government concerning their debt commitments. Since then there have been exchanges of view about the repayment196W of debt. Resumption of the trade talks must depend on the successful outcome of these consultations.
