§ The Prime MinisterI am not quite certain what three Powers the hon. Member has in mind. But, in any case, I see no need for such a conference. Satisfactory arrangements already exist within the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation for the discussion of civil defence with our Allies, and in particular there is regular contact between British and American experts in this field.
