§ Mr. Patrick Maitlandasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation when he expects that Birkwood Bridge, Blackwood, in the county of Lanark, will be reconstructed and the main Carlisle-Glasgow trunk road realigned to enable traffic to flow freely and safely.
