Mr. Osborneaskedthe Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is aware that three English sailors were recently sentenced to deportation by a Kingston court in Jamaica for being drunk and for failing to sail with their ship; and if he will promote legislation to give him similar powers to deport from this country British citizens not belonging to this country who are guilty of serious crimes.
