MacmillanAdministrative instructions are issued by the Service Departments in the summer of each year to bring to the notice of members of the Forces the opportunities they have to register or re-register as a Service voter. My right hon.Friends the Service Ministers are arranging for a reminder on the lines proposed by the hon. Member to be included in these instructions in future.
