§ 1. Mr. Edelmanasked the Attorney-General if he will instruct the Director of Public Prosecutions, as a matter of public policy, to institute criminal proceedings in cases where caterers refuse to supply coloured travellers who are genuinely seeking refreshment for breach of the duty imposed by law on innkeepers to supply refreshment in such cases.
