§ 49. Mr. Gowerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps he proposes to take to lessen the formalities and undertakings required of British citizens domiciled in the United Kingdom who desire to visit British Colonial Territories in West Africa, the West Indies and elsewhere.
§ Mr. HopkinsonI am not aware that these formalities have caused any widespread inconvenience, and I see no reason at present to make any approach in the matter to the colonial Governments concerned.
