§ 105. Mr. Viantasked the Undersecretary of State for Air whether, in view of the fact that vaccination and inoculation are voluntary in the Services, he is aware that an order, page 5 of S.R.O., Serial No. 7. dated 27th January, 1955,signed A. H. Corston, Flight Lieutenant, Adjutant, Royal Air Force Support Unit, whereby leave for un-vaccinated personnel is stopped, is displayed at headquarters in France; that there is no date limit; that, as the leave year ends in March, non-compliance with the order would mean in many cases loss of leave; and if he will take disciplinary action in respect of this order which is contrary to regulations.
