§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftI cannot predict whether it will be desirable and expedient for a particular item to be included in any application which Her Majesty's Government may make to the Contracting Parties in due course under this procedure. This can only be determined in the light of the circumstances existing at the time. The terms of the waiver do not call for such an application to be made at present.
