Mr. Bennasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what provision is made by the Governments of the three East African territories for education in the visual arts; what exhibitions have been sponsored by these Governments; and whether Her Majesty's Government will co-operate in the provision of paintings and sculptures on loan to these Governments for that purpose.
