§ Mr. SandysI assume that the hon. Gentleman is referring to my decision earlier this year not to confirm the compulsory purchase for housing purposes of land at 713, High Road, Leytonstone, and to permit the erection of a petrol filling station and motor car showroom on the site. These decisions were fully explained in letters sent to the borough council and to the firm concerned. I am sending copies to the hon. Gentleman.
