§ 80. Viscount Hinchingbrookeasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many claims were outstanding in his Department on 1st January, 1955, and on the nearest convenient date, respectively, for payment of compensation under Part II and Part V of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1954.
§ Mr. DeedesClaims were not received until after 1st January and the bulk have been submitted in the last two or three months. On 23rd July, outstanding claims under Part II numbered 1,250 and under Part V, 7,000.
