(2) why he has withheld approval for schemes to build homes for owner-occupiers put forward by the East Kilbride Development Corporation.
§ Mr. J. StuartThe East Kilbride Development Corporation have submitted general proposals for the building of 40 houses for sale, but would propose to proceed only with 12 of these immediately. I hope to give a decision on the proposals at an early date.
