§ 78. Captain Pilkingtonasked the Minister of Works what plans he now has to relieve the daily traffic congestion at the Victoria and Alexandra Gates, Hyde Park; and when he proposes to put them into effect.
§ Mr. BirchMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport has received recommendations for improvements at both these gates to relieve traffic congestion. I am considering them with him and the other traffic authorities concerned.
