StuartUntil greater experience and knowledge has been gained as a result of the river surveys now being made by the boards, no useful purpose would be served by the making of model bye-laws of general application. The services of my technical officers are, of course, at the disposal of any river purification authority which may wish any general advice on the framing of byelaws for its particular district.
