Mr. Cunninghamasked the Minister of Supply to what extent it is the practice of his Department when envelopes are in use for the first time to send them out with economy labels containing the recipient's name and address affixed thereto; and whether, in the interests of economy, he will take steps to stop such a practice.
§ Mr. MaudlingThe standard practice as laid down in my Department provides that economy labels should be used only with old envelopes or ungummed new ones.
