§ Mr. Llewellynasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware of the rapid deterioration of bungalows built in Aberdulais Crescent, Cardiff, and that the complaints of their tenants remain unremedied; and what action he proposes to take in conjunction with the local authority.
§ Mr. SandysAccording to my information, the complaints received by the local authority have been concerned almost entirely with defects of a minor character. I understand that all these have been dealt with, except one where the work has been deferred at the request of the tenant.
