§ 25 and 26. Mr. J. Hyndasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies (1) whether the final form and the functions and powers of the Tanganyika Civil Service Advisory Board have now been defined; and how far the form which the Board has taken, or is likely to assume, will be similar to that of a Whitley Council;
(2) whether the Tanganyika Civil Service Advisory Board is now functioning satisfactorily; what decisions it has taken; and what decisions have been implemented.
