§ 84. Mr. Hydeasked the Postmaster-General whether he will allow the recipients of incoming Continental and overseas telephone calls to pay for these calls in cases where the originators request the charges to be reversed.
Dr. HillThere has been very little demand for this. The difficulty is that in many instances our charges are much cheaper than in the reverse direction and we might lose a good deal of money. We will, however, look into it.
