§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterYes. I have read the Press cutting which my hon. Friend has sent me. While I must not comment on a particular matter which it appears may come before the courts, I see no doubt that in general Sections 72 and 73 of the Highways Act, 1835, are adequate to cover this sort of problem, and I therefore see at present no need for further legislation.
