§ Sir D. EcclesIn practically all primary schools in Welsh-speaking areas instruction is given through the medium of the Welsh language. As far as I know, there are now 27 all-Welsh primary schools, departments or classes in linguistically mixed areas, with 3,147 pupils on the registers.
