Mr. AmoryA number of cases where attempts may have been made to obtain guarantee payments on pigs fraudulently have been or are under detailed investigation. I am not satisfied that the existing certification mark gives sufficient protection against fraudulent re-presentation of pigs and a new mark will be introduced shortly.
