§ 72. Mr. R. Bellasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what progress has been made by the Central Land Board in the payment of claims which have been established under Part VI of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, in respect of the private sale of land between 5th August, 1947, and 18th November, 1952, at a price which did not include the full development value of the land as established by the claim.
§ Mr. SandysI am informed by the Board that, up to 24th June, it had made 307 payments amounting to about £447,000 in respect of private sales of land.
