§ Sir D. EcclesI have only just received authorities' proposals for additional major projects to be started in 1955–56. For this reason, and because there is no limit on the number of minor projects which may be undertaken, I cannot yet say how many school places in all will be started in that year. There is little doubt that this year's figure will be exceeded.
