§ 75. Mr. Elwyn Jonesasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will cause an inquiry to be made into the state of the law of sedition in the Colonies, with a view, so far as may be practicable, to giving effect in the Colonies to the principles of the English Common Law.
§ Mr. HopkinsonThe laws relating to sedition in Colonial Territories follow, in the main, the principles of the Common Law, and I see no need for the inquiry suggested.
