§ Mr. GammansI am very conscious of the need to reduce the present delays in answering Solihull subscribers. Until recently we have not been able to get enough recruits to replace losses due to marriage, etc., and to meet rises in traffic, but recruitment has been improving and we hope to have sufficient trained staff within the next two months.
