§ 69. Mr. Shurmerasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if he is aware that the present allocation of coal to householders in the City of Birmingham is insufficient to meet their needs; that coal merchants in that city are unable to meet the present demands of their customers; and if he will consider increasing the allocation, and ensure that adequate stocks of coal are available to the merchants of that city in the shortest possible time.
