§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterAs I said in reply to the hon. Member for St. Pancras, North (Mr. K. Robinson) on9th February, I am anxious to see an improvement scheme for this area begun at the earliest possible date. There are, however, some important questions still to be settled, and these are under urgent consideration in consultation with the London County Council and other interested bodies.
