§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeThe Government are anxious that the Digest of Welsh 179W Statistics should be as comprehensive as is reasonably possible, and I should be very glad to consider suggestions for enlarging its scope. I can hold out no hope, however, that it will be possible to include statistics of the kind asked for in the last part of the Question in view of the very real practical difficulties involved in calculating them.
