(2) whether he will make a statement on the balance of payments considerations concerning the limitation of imports of lubricating oil.
§ Mr. Joynson-HicksShortages of United Kingdom supplies of particular grades of lubricating oils are made good by imports, subject to such limitation of dollars expenditure as is required by the balance of payments position.
