§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeUnder the School Crossing Patrols Act, 1953, it is for the appropriate local authority to decide what arrangements, if any, should be made for patrolling school crossings. I am not aware that the Devon County Council has made any such arrangements or contemplates introducing them.
