§ Sir D. EcclesI have discussed with the Governors the difficulties they are experiencing in securing the production of78W new films for schools, and I am now arranging to discuss the whole question of educational films with representatives of the local education authorities.
§ 80. Mr. Warbeyasked the Minister of Education what proposals he has received from the School Broadcasting Council on the establishment of a school television service.
§ Sir D. EcclesI recently discussed with representatives of the School Broadcasting Council the proposals outlined in the joint statement by the Council and the British Broadcasting Corporation which they issued to the Press last November.
