§ 85. Mr. Willisasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will implement the recommendations of the Royal Commission on Capital Punishment in so far as they apply to the law, its practice and procedure, and the system of execution in Scotland.
§ Mr. Henderson StewartA number of the Commission's recommendations have already been implemented, and action is proceeding on others. My right hon. Friend is considering the remainder, most of which would need legislation, in the light of the debate on 10th February.
