HC Deb 14 February 1955 vol 537 cc6-7W
65. Mr. Hastings

asked the Minister of Health what proportion of the residents of London were notified as suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis during the last convenient 12 months; and what proportion of immigrants from Ireland were notified as suffering from the same disease during the same period.

During 1954, 4,421 cases were notified in London, giving a provisional rate of 133 per 100,000 population. I regret that the information asked for in the second part of the Question is not available.
