Commander Maitlandasked the Under-Secretary of State for Air when he proposes to review the low-flying areas now covering nearly the whole of the Horncastle Parliamentary Division, and to allocate other areas to low flying to relieve the strain now placed on many of the people living in the present low-flying area.
Mr. WardI regret that so much of my hon. and gallant Friend's constituency is covered by low-flying areas. These areas, however, must be within reach of the airfields they serve, and they must be fairly flat. Within these limits, we are always trying to place them where they will cause the least possible disturbance to the general public.
