§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Lord Advocate if a decision has yet been reached about criminal proceedings arising out of the disturbances in the city of Aberdeen on the occasion of the installation of the new Rector of Aberdeen University.
§ The Lord AdvocateI have now had an opportunity of considering the whole evidence in connection with the disturbances referred to, and have decided to take no criminal proceedings.
