§ Mr. Dribergasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will expedite consideration of the sewerage scheme for Tollesbury, Essex, an application in respect of which has been with his Department since 6th October, 1954.
§ Mr. SandysThe Maldon Rural District Council, before deciding to go ahead with this scheme, have asked what grant I can offer them under the Rural Water Supplies and Sewerage Acts. An offer of grant was sent to them on 28th January. If the council are now ready to carry the scheme out, I am prepared to authorise it.
