§ Mr. BevinsAbout 60 per cent. of England and Wales, 90 per cent. of Scotland and all of Northern Ireland, have been geologically surveyed in detail. Progress in completing the detailed survey is slow, due to the limited resources available, and it is not possible to say when it will be completed.
