asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Works, as representing the Lord President of the Council, the number of the field staff engaged on the geological survey of the United Kingdom during each of the years 1952–53, 1953–54. and 1954–55.

Fifty-three in 1952–53, 54 in 1953–54 and 55 in 1954–55.
