HC Deb 02 February 1955 vol 536 c110W
65. Major Anstruther-Gray

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation to give an estimate of the increase in passenger and freight traffic for which he is making provision in East of Scotland airfields this summer; and whether this includes an air port-of-call between Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

Mr. Boyd-Carpenter

I hope that passenger traffic in the East of Scotland will increase by between 10 and 15 per cent. The freight figures remain very steady.

The answer to the second part of my hon. and gallant Friends' Question is, no.
