§ Mr. Walker-SmithNo. I am not aware that hire-purchase agreements stipulate a method of remitting instalments which compels the customer to incur bank charges for collection, and I understand that it is open to the hirer to make his remittance direct to the finance company concerned or its Agent, if he prefers.
