§ Mr. J. R. H. Hutchisonasked the President of the Board of Trade whether at the next meeting of the members of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade he will raise the question of flag discrimination in the shipping industry and Government subsides to shipbuilding operated either in open or disguised form by a number of foreign countries.
