§ Mr. BirchMy hon. Friend the Member for Farnham (Mr. Nicholson) has agreed to act as Chairman, and the hon. 281W Members for Southport (Mr. Fleetwood-Hesketh), Orkney and Shetland (Mr. Grimond), Cambridge (Mr. Kerr), Deptford (Sir L. Plummer) and Stoke-on-Trent, Central (Dr. Stross) have consented to serve.
The Committee's terms of reference will be:
To advise Mr. Speaker and the Minister of Works on matters relating to works of art in the House of Commons area of the Palace of Westminster.
