§ 60. Mr. Blenkinsopasked the Secretary of State for War whether he approved the use of military personnel from the Northumberland Hussars to celebrate the unveiling of a public house sign in Heaton, Newcastle, on 6th December.
§ Mr. HeadNo, but the commanding officer did because the public house was being named the "Northumberland Hussar." Nine Territorials volunteered to take part in the ceremony.
