§ Mr. LowMy right hon. Friend has already informed the British Pottery Manufacturers' Federation that he is always ready to see the pottery industry about its troubles and difficulties but not about Purchase Tax, which is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
