§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterNo. This matter has recently been examined by the London and Home Counties Traffic Advisory Committee and its advice, with which I agree, is that there is no traffic use of the tunnel at the present time without prohibitive expenditure of funds which could be better used elsewhere on our roads. It is to consider the matter again in 1957.
